Viverest, LLC is a Los Angeles, California company that sells dietary-supplement drink mixes directly to consumers through this website.
2. Products & claims
Viverest is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is charged when your order is placed. If a price is listed in error, we’ll contact you before shipping with the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
4. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, your card is charged each cycle and a fresh canister ships every 30 days until you skip or cancel. You can manage, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support — changes apply to the next unshipped order.
5. The 60-night sleep promise & refunds
Try Viverest for up to 60 nights. If it isn’t for you, email us for a full refund of the product price — even if the canister is empty. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number within 60 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. One sleep-promise refund per household.
6. Shipping & risk
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered; if tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact us within 7 days.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit fraudulent orders, or scrape our content. All site content and the Viverest name and logo are our property and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
